A fourth grader in Tyler, Texas has made 200 thank you cards and delivered them to law enforcement officers around Smith County, Texas. Savannah Solis, who attached candy bars to each card, said she just wanted them to know she was “thankful for what they do every day.” Inside the note reads, “Dear police officer, My name is Savannah Solis, and I am 10-years-old.
