HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and details. Please allow USPS, and UPS 2-5 business days in transit to deliver the item to your home.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Upon completing your purchase, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and order details.
Please allow USPS/UPS 2-5 business days to deliver your package to your home.
PLEASE NOTE: For custom printed and Print on Demand orders (All Mugs, Apparel, and Seat Covers), items usually take 2-5 weeks to process, ship out and deliver. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at thinbluelineheroes@gmail.com (or by clicking here).
DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are still working on making our products available for international shipping and we will definitely update our website once this option is available.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please double check the address prior to completing your order to confirm it gets shipped to the right person.
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept payments by all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Amex) as well as PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery. Please do not worry if you do not have a PayPal account. To purchase through PayPal you have the option to checkout as a Guest. A PayPal account is NOT REQUIRED.

Thin Blue Line Heroes is a North American headed company with a warehouse in Blaine, WA, USA and merchant processing using Shopify Payments based in Canada.
WHY DO I SEE EXTRA BANK FEE WHEN I PLACED AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?
We conduct shipping within the United States. As our Merchant Processing is located in Canada your banking institution/credit card may be viewing it as an international transaction and charging a small international service fee (usually between $1-$2). Please note the this charge is through your bank/credit card and NOT by our company. It would be best to please get in touch with your bank or credit card company so they can give you more information.
